When we did a random Whois Search on Ardyss we discovered that the domain was originally registered back in Sep 1997. The company appears to be registered in Las Vegas Nevada with Miguel Arvaez being the CEO. But ironically we just heard about this MLM Company a couple days ago. Ardyss takes a unique approach to health, wellness beauty and compensation which is what I uncovered after just minutes of research.

What this company does is it sells the types of garments and clothing that would make someone feel better and appear healthier. This clothing is also supposed to not only make people look good but have physical benefits as well. They are supposed to improve posture and muscle tone as well. This is the 1st step of their system.

The 2nd step to the Ardyss system is to give your body the nutritional supplements it needs so it will function at maximum capacity. Using these supplements can potentially have a variety of positive effects on the body such as eliminating toxins and restoring overall body balance. So what the company did is called the clothing and the supplements combined their Body Magic 2Step System.

When I visited the Ardyss Website and clicked on the Business Opportunity link they only mentioned that they offered a Network Marketing Compensation plan and that if you referred five people it can start to make dramatic changes to your personal income. They work off the power of 5 which means bring in 5 personally referred members and help your 5 people do the same. If you want anymore information than that you’ll probably want to speak to an active rep in the company.

When I visited their products page on their website it looks like about 85% of the clothing related products are currently slanted towards women. So a woman wanting to get involved in Network Marketing could potentially do very well selling these. However the nutritional products all cater to both sexes. Upon first glance their Le Vive Juice looked extremely delicious. I also checked out the Ardyss Mangostana plus which seems to help strengthen the immune system and add to a more healthy heart, something most of us could use that are over 40 years old.

Does the Body Magic 2Step System the Ardyss company offers really help the average person transform their looks and health in a relatively short period of time? The answer would have to come within you trying out their products and seeing for yourself. These products have apparently already helped quite a few people already which is good. A product like this in my humble opinion would require a good upline mentor. If you are looking into making it with this company, I’d recommend finding a sponsor who has already had good success with this program, and learning all you can from them.

After looking a little deeper into their website, we were pleased to see that they protect their reps by not allowing you to signup directly under the company. Some companies still sabotage affiliates this way, and it pains us to see this. But Ardyss seems to be playing above board on this so an affiliate gets credit for every sale the company makes.

It is very uncommon to have a video that hasn’t seen at least one view, no matter what type of content it has. My favorite advice for content would be to produce a few training videos using either a whiteboard of PowerPoint. They are incredibly powerful video marketing strategies for your growing company. Plus not to mention if you are camera shy you don’t truly need to be in the action generally. For example with PowerPoint you can just write out your presentation on the pc and add your voice to the video later on.

Having a high quality webcam is important to your video marketing strategies.

On the other hand, if you don’t have any sort of stage fright you can use a quality webcam. I personally prefer the Logitech c510. It is High Definition 720p and wide screen format. The cool thing relating to the software that comes with it is it has one-click upload to Facebook or YouTube. Plus the microphone has noise cancelling. This is your presentation, review, or whatever, and your only chance to open the door to your website to new leads. Your new followers will be looking for a leader so start acting like one and you will amass a ton of leads following these easy video marketing strategies!

The problem with a ground floor opportunity is that it is a statistical fact that most companies go out of business within the first five years. So the odds are stacked against you from the start with a new company. (If the company beats the odds, you can win big, but network marketing is already a tough business, so why take that chance?)
Is the company listed on the stock exchange (The Dow or NASDAQ)? This lets you know that the records are public and the company has to operate on the up and up, or they face the stockholders and the government.
Are there products involved or is the income driven strictly by associate fees? This is a huge one. If the product is minimal, then the company is operating an illegal scam. If the products are consumable, you have repeat business which is good for your residual income. That brings up the point of having customers. If the only people buying products are all associates, this should throw up a warning sign to you. Income needs to be based on consumers buying products, not associates filling their basements.
Does the company require large start-up fees or personal sales volume? If the start up cost is high, and doesn’t even involve products, you have a problem. Many companies require huge monthly personal purchases, and this cannot lead to success for the people trying to make a living with this.
Is there training and support, or do you get thrown to the wolves after the initial courtship? A nurturing and caring group with ongoing support is needed for this business. So many companies tell you how easy it is. (The product sells itself!! – If it really sold itself, they wouldn’t need you.)
If your success drives the success of those above you, there is a business partnership relationship. If they care about your success, they will help you learn the business and will be a phone call away whenever you need help. Talk to people who are involved with the company and are not personally trying to ‘recruit’ you. They can often give you a real idea of what is involved in making a real success of the business.
Look for integrity and third party endorsements. It’s easy for any company to claim to be the best, but if independent studies or polls prove them to be the best, then that really tells you the true story. If the management team changes on a regular basis, you have to ask yourself why. If the leadership has been there for many years of success, that also tells you something about the company.

When I did a Whois Search with Network Solutions on Qivana, I noticed that they registered their domain as of Jan 2009. This means that this is a brand new, ground floor company. Derek Hall is the CEO and Craig Johanson is the Chief Marketing Officer of this emerging Multi-Level Marketing Enterprise. Derek Hall has over 40 years managing businesses and tending to health care issues faced by us on a daily basis. It’s interesting to note that Derek owns several other thriving and quite popular Network Marketing Programs. Craig Johanson has an MBA Degree from Utah State University. Craig plays an active role in the Branding, Marketing, Event Planning as well as sales.

We did hear that some top producers from Xango, Tahatian Noni, NuSkin and Usana will be helping to launch the Qivana MLM Opportunity. This company plans on starting the pre-launch phase in March of 2009, but there’s a chance the full launch will be delayed until September or October of 2009. So from what we can tell so far this company is being administrated by two people with a ton of education, real life experience and the ability to deal with all the challenges faced when it comes to the complexities of rolling out a Multi-Level Marketing Business on a massive scale. They seem to take their time and do things right and have a long track record behind them to prove this.

Now lets get into some of the products they sell. When visiting the Qivana Website it appears that this company is offering a product called Qore Stabilize. This product normalizes your intestinal tract and enhances the immune system so your body will take over and become much more efficient at absorbing nutrients. The other product they offer called Qore Vitalize offers your body a unique blend of Asian Herbs that will assist you in reaching your peak potential. The third main product they offer is Qore Optimize. What Qore Optimize does is help purify your body by ridding it of excess, accumulated toxins in your body that tend to build up over time. This product even removes the harmful Heavy Metals from your system without depleting your body of essential nutrients.

Qivana even has a Scientific Advisory Board which includes Dr. Marcus Laux who is the Chief Science Officer. This man has an extremely credible resume which includes testifying in court regarding the Clinton Presidential Commission on Dietary Supplements on behalf of the NNFA not including many television and news engagements.

The people at Qivana admit that they can’t just hand you success on a silver platter. But they can take you by the hand and show you how to get there yourself, and always be there to guide you when you start taking a wrong turn. They state on their website that they really want to make you the best Entrepreneur you can be. And this company has the talent to back this statement up in our opinion.

And to top things off, we notice the company does have replicated websites for members. I thought this was cool right off the bat. According to the rep website I viewed, you can reserve your spot and they plan on rolling out April 2009. If you like the idea of selling nutritionals and are willing to work hard at first then this is one I’d look into.

Research it! Do the homework:

If you are in the network marketing industry, and not doing as well as you had hoped, did it ever occur to you that the problem could be picking the wrong time to join a particular company? If that’s the case, you could be the best sales person in the world, but still not succeed.

If you have joined a brand new company that is trying to find it’s place in the network marketing world, it might not work out. Many new companies fail within the first year or two.

When the timing is right, NON-Network marketers will take your product to the marketplace. The timing means NOW. Not 5 years earlier. Not 5 years later. Millionaires have been made in this industry just because of timing alone. Nothing else.

So how can you gauge the timing?

1. You’ll waste a lot of time, money, and energy getting in too early, because a large percentage of these companies fail in the first year or two.

2. You’ll waste a lot of time, money, and energy getting in too late. If the company is a household name, its momentum growth period occurred years ago. You’re fighting a real uphill battle to start out in companies like this.

3.You want to get in AFTER a company has proven it has staying power (maybe 3-5 years), but BEFORE its momentum growth period is over (in general, the time it takes a company to go from 0 million to 0 million a year). If you can find a company like this (and one that also has the other parts of a proven formula in place, which you can read more about that on my blog), a little bit of work will give you the chance to really succeed and make money.
